  • Yes, we offer cinematic wedding films alongside photography — currently available for weddings and events in India only.

    Our India-based team captures both visuals and emotion through a seamless photo and video experience. If you're interested, let us know and we’ll walk you through the options.

    For now, we offer photography only in North America, though video services will be available soon. We'll update this space once that rolls out.

  • We’ve been photographing weddings for over 12 years, with more than 350 celebrations documented across India and now worldwide.

    Between us, we bring nearly 25 years behind the lens, combining a lifelong love for travel, culture, and storytelling.

  • We’re both Fine Arts graduates with specialized training in photography, and a post-graduate background in 3D Animation and Visual FX.

    Before launching our photography careers, we spent over a decade in the visual effects industry, working in India, Canada, Belgium, Australia, and Indonesia. That experience sharpened our storytelling instincts, attention to detail, and ability to see beyond the obvious.

    Photography wasn’t our first profession — it was our calling. For the past 13 years, we’ve been documenting weddings with an artist’s eye and a storyteller’s heart, preserving not just how a day looked, but how it felt.

Booking & Consultation

  • Booking us is simple and collaborative. Here’s how it works:

    1. Reach out with your wedding details through our Contact Page, or message us on Instagram or Facebook at @sachinritvika.

    2. Consultation: We’ll set up a quick call (on us) to understand your vision and events.

    3. Proposal: Based on your needs, we’ll send a detailed proposal with pricing and optional add-ons.

    4. Confirmation: Once you approve the quote, we’ll send a contract and request a 50% retainer to confirm your date. The balance is due a week before the wedding.

    Once booked, we begin building your photography plan together — thoughtful, personalized, and completely tailored to your day.

  • We recommend reaching out as soon as you’ve finalized your dates — ideally 9 to 12 months in advance, especially for multi-day South Asian weddings or peak seasons.

    That said, even if your wedding is around the corner, feel free to get in touch. If we’re available, we’ll do our best to make it work.

  • Absolutely. We’d love to connect and get to know you better.

    If you're in Metro Vancouver, we’re happy to meet personally, at a local café, or wherever feels comfortable to you.

    During the winter wedding season (December–January), we’re available for in-person meetings in Vadodara, India, based on our shoot schedule.

    If an in-person meeting isn’t possible, we’re happy to connect over a video call — Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or whatever works best for you.

Coverage and Deliverables

  • very celebration is different, so our collections are fully customizable.

    Most packages include:

    • Full-day coverage

    • Two photographers (Sachin & Ritvika)

    • A curated set of high-resolution, edited images

    • A private online gallery for viewing and sharing

    We also offer add-ons such as custom heirloom albums or coffee table books.

  • ou’ll receive a thoughtfully curated collection of 300 to 500 edited images per day, depending on the scale and number of events. For multi-day South Asian weddings, image count may vary based on the flow and complexity of your celebrations.

    We always share a sneak peek within 48 hours, so you have something special to relive right away.

    Our typical turnaround time for your full gallery is around 4-6 weeks, depending on the season. The exact delivery timeline will be outlined clearly in your contract.

  • Yes, we do.

    Couple sessions are a great way for us to connect before the wedding and for you to feel at ease in front of the camera.

    These sessions can be added to any of our wedding collections and are tailored to reflect your story, your energy, and your vibe — whether it’s casual, editorial, or somewhere in between.

  • We don’t deliver RAW files, as they’re an unfinished version of the story we’re here to tell.

    Each image you receive is carefully selected and edited to reflect our signature style — thoughtful, refined, and emotionally true.

    Editing is a key part of our process, and what brings your full story to life. If you connect with our work, trust that your final gallery will be everything you hoped for — and more.

  • Yes, we do. There’s something timeless about holding your memories in print.

    We offer two premium album options, designed exclusively for our wedding and event clients. Each album includes up to 40 pages (80 sides) and is custom-designed to reflect the feel and flow of your celebration.

    We’ll walk you through cover styles, layout options, and everything you need to create a keepsake that lasts a lifetime.

Travel & Destinations

  • Absolutely. We love documenting weddings in meaningful and unique locations — from beaches and mountains to heritage towns and faraway islands.

    For destination weddings, we recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance, so we can help ensure everything flows smoothly and is well-planned from the start.

  • We’re based in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia and are available to photograph weddings across Canada, India, and destinations worldwide.

    Local weddings in Vancouver don’t have any travel costs.

    Each year, we’re also in Vadodara, India from December to February — so weddings in Vadodara during that time are also free of travel charges.

    For weddings in other cities or countries, travel fees apply. Just share your location and dates, and we’ll send you a clear, all-inclusive quote with travel details built in.

Special Requests & What-Ifs

  • Absolutely. While our approach is mostly documentary and instinctive, we welcome a short list of key people, moments, or details that are meaningful to you.

    We’ll go over everything with you in advance to make sure those important connections and moments are captured with care.

  • Yes, absolutely. You’ll receive all final images in high resolution, along with a personal usage license.

    This means you’re free to print, share with loved ones, and create your own albums or keepsakes. Your memories are yours to enjoy however you wish.
