We never force stiff poses. Instead, we use gentle direction. We create an environment where you can interact naturally - talking, laughing, walking - while we find the best light and angles. Most of our couples tell us they forgot the camera was even there
Absolutely. Before photography, we spent over a decade in Visual Effects and 3D Animation, so we understand light on a technical level. Whether it’s a candlelit reception, a dark cathedral, or a dramatic dance floor, we bring our own lighting to ensure every shot looks cinematic and crisp.

We make it simple. We arrive at least 2 days prior to your first event to scout locations and account for any travel delays. For the travel costs (flights, stay, and local transport), we can either provide a flat-rate custom quote so you have one single invoice, or you can book them directly—whichever is easier for you.
We split our time between Vancouver, Canada and Vadodara, India.
- March – November: Based in Vancouver (No travel fees for Metro Vancouver).
- December – February: Based in India (No travel fees for Vadodara/Gujarat).
- For weddings outside these zones, we charge standard travel expenses
If we haven’t, we view it as an advantage. We research every venue extensively and scout it in person before the wedding day. This ensures we approach the space with fresh eyes, often discovering unique lighting and compositions that make your photos feel distinct and personal to you.

You get us - Sachin and Ritvika. We are a husband-and-wife team and we shoot every wedding together. We do not outsource our primary coverage to associates. For large-scale events (400+ guests), we bring our trusted team of associate photographers to ensure every angle is covered.
Yes, absolutely. We know how important these family records are. We work with you (or your planner) to create a streamlined list beforehand so we can capture these portraits efficiently and get you back to the party quickly.
We view videographers as our creative partners. Our documentary approach means we work parallel to the video team, capturing natural moments without cluttering the scene. We are excited to collaborate with the talented cinema teams and are happy to coordinate with whoever you choose to ensure a smooth experience.

To ensure every couple gets our full creative focus, we accept a limited number of commissions per year. Dates are secured with a signed contract and a 50% retainer. Please reach out via our contact form to check availability.
Yes, we carry full commercial liability insurance.

We believe in quality over clutter, but we never cap the number of great images.
- For Western Weddings: Typically 400–600 curated images.
- For Multi-Day South Asian Weddings: Typically 600+ images per day, depending on the scale of events.
You will receive a Sneak Peek of 20-30 highlights within 48 hours of the wedding—perfect for sharing while the excitement is fresh. The full curated gallery is delivered within 6 to 8 weeks.
Think of RAW files like the unedited footage from a movie set—flat, grey, and unfinished. The cinematic look you love in our portfolio comes from the color grading and retouching we do after the shoot. We treat the editing process as the second half of the art form, ensuring every image has the mood, warmth, and emotion of a finished film
